The site is hosted on a server operated by the publisher, at the address above. Traffic goes through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (cloudflare.com), which delivers and protects the site.

Personal data

Data controller: the publisher identified above.

Data collected: email address, company name, password (stored as an irreversible hash), date and IP address of acceptance of the terms of sale, API usage statistics (number of requests per day), technical connection logs. Payment data is collected directly by Stripe and never goes through the site.

Purposes and legal basis: creating and managing the account, providing the service, enforcing quotas, invoicing and securing the site. This processing is necessary for the performance of the contract (article 6.1.b GDPR) and for compliance with accounting obligations (article 6.1.c).

Retention: for the lifetime of the account, then 3 years after closure as evidence of the contract. Invoices are kept for 10 years (article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code). Technical logs are kept for 12 months at most.

Recipients: the publisher and its technical processors: Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (payments), Cloudflare, Inc. (site delivery), Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France: service emails, with no open or click tracking) and Scaleway SAS (Paris, France: encrypted backups, stored in France). These providers may process data outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by writing to [email protected]. You can delete your account yourself at any time from “My account”; encrypted backups that still contain it are erased automatically by rotation, within 13 months at most. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

Cookies: the site only uses a session cookie, which is necessary for signing in and remembering your language. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers; no consent is therefore requested.

Audience measurement: to understand site traffic, we count page views, the referring site and the language. Each visitor is counted once per day using a fingerprint computed from the IP address and browser, irreversibly transformed with a key that changes every day: it can neither identify you nor follow you from one day to the next, and it is deleted after 2 days. Only totals are kept, for 13 months at most. No data is shared with any third party.
